Experience

Dr. Everson graduated cum laude from St. Olaf College. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Honor Society. Dr. Everson completed a medical/surgical internship at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, followed by his residency in Ophthalmology at Georgetown University,Washington, D.C.. Dr. Everson received additional specialty training in eye surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, England. Dr. Everson specializes in Anterior Segment surgery including cataract surgery and LASIK vision correction.

Dr. Everson has been selected as one of the premier eye specialists in the Twin Cities area on several occasions as well as being recognized nationally for excellence in refractive surgery. He offers his patients the most advanced vision correction technology available today including Intralase, CustomVue LASIK and Multi-focal Lens Implants.   Dr. Everson performs LASIK surgery at the Laser Vision Center of Edina, a state-of-the-art laser vision correction facility conveniently located on France Avenue in Edina.

Dr. Everson is board-certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
